Order Issues
First, log in to your Chubble Gum Account. Find the order you wanna mess with. Now you've got two chaotic options:
Smash those sneaky little three dots ( ⋯ ) next to your order and select ‘Change Shipping Address’,
OR
Click on the order itself, then hit the ‘Manage’ button hiding in the top-right corner. From there, select ‘Change shipping address’ like the responsible adult you totally are.
Now, here’s the catch (because there’s always one):
If your order has already been processed or launched into the postal void (shipped), it's too late to change the address. The gremlins have already done their job. You’ll need to email our support humans at support@chubblegum.com and beg for mercy (or just kindly explain your situation — that works too).
Once an order is placed, the billing address is locked tighter than a glitter bomb at airport security.
But good news!
The billing address doesn’t affect delivery. As long as your shipping address is correct, your stuff is headed your way just fine. 💌✨
