🚚 Chubble Gum Shipping Policy

🛍 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Orders under $145.00: Shipping is automatically calculated by USPS based on the size, weight, and distance of your order.

  • Orders $145.00 and over: Free shipping!

    • Free shipping excludes all items in the Swag Section, including apparel, drinkware, bags, footwear, accessories, and homewares.

  • Shipping method: USPS First Class or Priority depending on package size and weight.

  • Delivery time after fulfillment: 5–7 business days


🌐 International Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated by USPS based on your country, order weight, and size.

  • Delivery time after fulfillment: 21–30 business days (not including customs delays)

  • Duties & Taxes:

    • Some countries now have prepaid duties and taxes included at checkout!

    • All other countries: Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Chubble Gum is not responsible for delays, fees, or returns caused by customs processing.


🚗 Processing Times

  • Standard processing time: 10–14 business days

  • During sales, launches, or high-volume seasons: 14–18 business days

Processing = the time it takes for our team to pack and prepare your order. Shipping time is separate.

We’re a small crew processing over 100 orders a day, five days a week. Please be kind. We’re fast, not Amazon. 🌟


🛎 Tracking Your Order

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors and local post office. If it doesn't show up within 2 business days, email us at support@chubblegum.com.


✉️ Delivery Delays & Returns

Once your order leaves Chubble Gum HQ and enters the postal portal, it's in the hands of USPS or your local courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Customs inspections

  • Postal strikes

  • Transfers to local delivery services

  • General chaos (looking at you, Mercury retrograde)

Returned-to-sender orders:

  • We will notify you and offer to resend it.

  • Reshipping costs may apply if the original address was incorrect.


📦 Sticker Club & Chubble Club Shipping

Sticker Club:

  • Billed: Month prior (sign up in January, receive the February pack)

  • Shipped: ~10 business days into the following month

  • Sent via USPS First Class Mail (no tracking)

  • Estimated delivery:

    • US: up to 10 business days

    • Canada: up to 12 business days

    • EU/UK/AUS/NZ/Others: up to 4–7 weeks due to customs delays

Chubble Club:

  • Billed monthly

  • Shipped USPS with tracking

  • US delivery: 2–5 business days after shipment

  • International delivery: 2–4 weeks (plus customs buffer)


🚫 Combined Orders

Orders cannot be manually combined after they’ve been placed. Shipping fees apply per order and are non-refundable.


🚪 PO Boxes & APO Addresses

  • We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses!

  • Follow all formatting instructions for military addresses to avoid issues.


📥 Mail Forwarding Services

  • Yes, you can use a mail forwarding service.

  • But heads up: Orders shipped to forwarding services are not eligible for replacements.


💸 Missing, Stuck, or Misdelivered Packages

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated within 21 business days (international) or 7 business days (domestic), please reach out.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but missing, check your porch, neighbors, and local post office first. Then email support@chubblegum.com.
