By using this website or placing an order with Chubble Gum, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please don’t use our site or services—we’ll miss you, but we get it.

🧾 1. Content Use Agreement (a.k.a. You Might Be Famous)

When you place an order on chubblegum.com, you agree that we can use certain non-sensitive information from your order—like the items you bought or anything written in the order notes—for content creation on our platforms.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Social media videos (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

  • Order packing videos

  • Posts or shout-outs

  • Livestreams

We will never share your full name, address, or personal payment information. Just your first name or initials and whatever chaos you leave us in the notes.

Want to opt out? Just say so in your order notes (“Please don’t use my order for content”) or email us at support@chubblegum.com.

📦 2. Orders & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed in the order received.

  • Double-check your shipping info before checkout. Chubble Gum is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

  • Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the postal overlords. We’ll help if there’s a problem, but we can’t control delivery times or lost packages.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (like if someone’s acting shady or abusive).

📬 3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We love happy customers, but we also have boundaries:

  • All stickers and blind box items are final sale.

  • Other items may be returned within 14 days of delivery (you pay return shipping).

  • One exchange per order, max.

  • Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected.

💳 4. Payment Stuff

We accept major payment methods and process payments through secure third-party services. We don’t store your payment details because… ew, no thanks.

🎨 5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including artwork, product names, characters, phrases, and designs—is owned by Chubble Gum. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our express written permission. That’s art theft, and we will throw very dramatic tantrums.

🚫 6. User Behavior & Termination

Don’t be mean. Don’t scam us. Don’t spam us. If you act like a gremlin (in the bad way), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services.

🔄 7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website means you accept any changes, even if you didn’t read them (but we hope you did).
