We want you to love your weird little treasures—but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help (within reason, of course).
🔁 Returns

You’ve got 14 days from the delivery date to return eligible items.

Returns must be postmarked within those 14 days and in their original, unused condition.

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless we made a mistake (oops, sorry in advance).
Email us first at support@chubblegum.com so we can approve the return and give you the right address. Don’t just send it back into the void.

These items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Sale items

Anything marked “Final Sale” (because it is)
These are packed at random and meant to be surprises—we won’t swap them just because you got the one with too much sass. That’s part of the Chubble Chaos™.
🔄 Exchanges

You can exchange an eligible item once per order.

The replacement must be of equal or lesser value.

Same rules as returns: unused, undamaged, and within 14 days.
📦 Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items?
Let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to fix it. Email us at support@chubblegum.com with your order number and a photo if applicable.

🌎 International Orders
International buyers are responsible for:

Customs fees

Import duties

Taxes and other surprise charges
These are set by your country’s customs office, and sadly, we have no control over them.
💳 Refunds
Once we get your return and approve it, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. It may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
