The products are great, I love them. Just as described. Perfect size. High quality. Shipped in a bubble mailer with stiff cardboard inside so nothing would be bent or damaged.

The only reason I am rating it a 4 ⭐ instead of 5 is because of the processing time combined with a lack of communication. I did order in early November and the website mentioned it could take 7-14 business days during holidays and high volume times. So I didn't send an email until it had been a solid 3 weeks+ (to account for weekends/holidays). But I never got an email back. Not a specific one or a generic one to indicate that they had more orders then expected & were running behind. I finally received the order a couple days before Christmas. I would have still given a 5 ⭐ review if I had at least received a generic mass email from them letting all customers know they were running behind. To me communication is extremely important, especially when buying for holidays.
